Just finished 30 tooth pulley
I decided to use andrews 30 tooth pulley on my 08 SG,Glad i did it but what a job, I had to heat the drive pulley nut and that burnt up the seal and then the inner race had to come off to change the seal and the tools needed are very expensive so i made mine. i figured while i was in there i changed all the seals, And to finish it all up i needed a shorter belt that no one stocked a 135 tooth belt. Like i said WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Total cost about 350.00 Thats the pulley,seals,gasket,oil,belt

Im going to try the s&s speed recaliber I think the wires are a little different but it should work.and I have not had a chance to ride it yet we are flooded here. But everyone said it will make a huge differance.and sixth gear will be more friendly.

S&S speed calibrator
Not sure about the S&S speed calibrator but the Dakota Digital one kills the 6th gear light as well as the cruise control. Their answer to the problem was don't correct all the error it "might" work then. It's sitting on the bench collecting dust want to buy it cheap? (SOLD)
I plan on eventually getting the TTS Mastertune to correct it.

Ya your going to like the difference. Been running this set up for quite some time 15K miles. The speedo is off about 5mph near as I can tell. At first thought about adjusting it but as previously posted that Dakota thingey has a glitch. So rather that adjusting it I adjusted instead.

Thats what i was thinking if the speed is off only a little i will live with it,I know in the past riding with my buddies we usually all have different speed readings anyway. different bikes seem to read alittle off.
