Yo Fish Eye... how do those sound? I have dresser duals waiting to go on and I considered these for my 2010 Limited. I used to run dresser duals with thunderheader mufflers.. I suspect that your setup would be a bit less loud than my last setup. And where did you buy the mufflers... I'm having a hard time finding vendors that sell them.
Thanks, Ralph
Ralph,
I really like the sound. It's got a real nice deep throaty rumble at idle. Definitely louder than stock.
Once you're cruising, the drone isn't bad at all. You can crack the throttle and really open things up. Loud, but not like a high pitched loud. It stays deep, but it's just real smooth.
The cans are 4.5" wide. For the standard CVO mufflers, they're .5" wider. Real clean.
I ordered them from my dealer, back in September. They arrived on Dec 24. Apparently V&H will run production on things one product at a time. Good luck!
I was getting ready to get the new Jackpots from Jamie at Fuel Moto but I think I will wait a little longer and see what else Jamie pulls out of his hat.

These are the High Output mufflers, correct? It is odd that VH wouldn't have these already made and ready to go. I love the looks of them and the sound that you describe sounds like what I'm looking for. At 70 can you still hear your radio? My limited has the 80 watt Harmon Kardon stereo and it sounds pretty good in stock form. I was just hoping to save some money and not have to upgrade my speakers.. but I do love a nice sounding set of true duals!
