Growing up we always acknowledged the gentlemans' agreement, "you break it, you fix it", after making sure our friend was alright first of course. Dude, you ok? Ok great, now about this damage........

I let my friend ride my bike because he was looking at getting a SG. I was right behind him on his Softail ( sweet bike ). Anyways as long as nobody got hurt, it is after all a machine, they make them everyday but good friends not as much. That being said I don't think I would let my brother ride my bike. Not because of the bike but his saftey.

I never loan money or my bike to friends or family. It can cause you to lose friends if there is damage or refusal or inability to pay and family never respects your stuff as much as you do. I don't loan my good tools either. They get the grat neck or buffalo tools jap crap.

I realise there are those who say it's just a machine. But that's like saying your wife is just someone you poke. It's just so much more
