I thought that I heard that the stock Harley floorboards were adjustable. I was looking at mine and I don't see that they are. Am I correct (not adjustable), or am I missing anything?
Passenger floorboards are kinda adjustable. 3 different hight settings. You can get aftermarket stuff to move around the rider floorboards. Couple of sponsors here on the forum that sell spacers to move them out (Soos and Harley Goodies) and I have heard nothing but good things about both. H-D and Ness (probably others as well) makes some brackets (pans in the H-D case) that will move them forward.
I have an 02 RKC and there are 2 holes for each bracket. I didn't know this until I bought and installed the floorboard extensions. Which, BTW, I would highly recommend. On my floorboards, I placed the rear bolt in the lower hole and bolt on the front in the upper hole. That way my feet are sitting an angle (up) rather than just flat. Very comfortable now.
I should have clarified. I recently purchased the HarleyGoodies floorboard extenders and will be putting them on in the next few days. My question was whether for not the rider boards can be adjusted up, down, or tilted. Sounds as though they cannot.
You are correct. Starting in '09, with the newly designed frame, the rider footboard was redesigned and made fixed with no adjustment. On '08 and earlier models the rider brackets are adjustable vertically. On all models, the passenger brackets are adjustable vertically.

I have a '10 Ultra Classic and I checked to see how the passenger floorboards adjust and I just do not see how they do. My kids need the floorboards higher as their legs just dangle and the wife needs them where they are position. Is there a quick adjustable passenger floorboard available

Thanks!
You don't state what year your bike is. We can't help you unless you let us know what you have. Mine are adjustable on my 03 as are most years unless you have a new bike. I am not sure about the new ones.
