I've read a post or two some where here about whether or not the FBI docking kit would work on a Solo Tour Pack Rack. Last week I called FBI to see if thier backrest relocation kit would work on a Solo Tour Pack Rack. I was told that it "should". I thought great because I hate seeing the HD docking kit sticking up above the fender when nothing is attached to it.(Pretty Fugly IMHO) Got it yesterday and it won't work. Called Larry at FBI, he said if I would be the Guinea Pig and send my solo rack to them they would make a custom adapter to make it work and I sholud have it back in about a week. So for those of you like me that like the FBI kit and go solo with a Tour Pack. Your prayers should soon be answered. Oh, by the way, their kit is about a fifteen minute install.
