I had the chance to get the 06 RG at $1500 off and no freight or set up fee's a few weeks back. I turned it down for the 07 at List price and freight and set up. I figured the 6th gear, new paint and little larger engine was worth it BUT..............I only had one 06 to choose from and it was black. Not that that's a gad thing!
Like others said.....if you'd waited you would not have gotten the color you want so you did good!!!!

I bought my 06 Ultra last week at $ 750.00 off MSRP now this week is $ 1,000.00 off. For $250.00 I have been back on two wheels for the first time in 2 years well worth it.

Got my '06 Standard in June at $1K off MSRP. My salesman told me they were going on sale the day before it was announced so I got the one I wanted. As it turns out, all 4 of the Standards were gone before the sale was even announced.
