Adding TD headers to existing Rinehart Slip Ons
Excuse my ignorance, but I have a question regarding my father-in-laws '07 Ultra. He put on Rinehart Slip Ons last year and wishes he had put on the True Duals. Are the Slip Ons compatible with the TD's. Can he just purchase the TD headers and pipes (up to the slip ons) and keep the slip ons or does he have to start all over again from square one?

header pipe size
if he gets the stock header pipe size he can use the slip ons but if he goes to a two inch header then no the slip ons he has wont work. Those slip ons will sell quickly then he can score a used set up for full TD's easily.

So the V&H dresser duals headers will work? I do assume that he still needs to add a power commander? I assume Jamie @ Fuel Moto can advise on that?

Not the dresser duals, those are for the 09 and 10's with the cross under. You need the 1 3/4" true daul head pipes for 07 dressers.
