to see about getting some packing, the guy says they would send me the new upgraded packing FREE, said they had some problems with packing for a time and they would get it right out to me. Thought that was cool.

Nice of them to realize that their packing is not working. Much too late for me. Burned out in 5K and ruined the right side pipe. I repacked with fiberglass cloth. Works much better and last longer than the loose packing and cost about $10 for both pipes.
