not sure about this
Newbe to things here...I have a situation with reinstalling same (newly wrapped) baffles into pair of Bassani mufflers. One lined up right on the bolt hole....the other....well....it got jammed up tight and is about 1 inch short of ligning with the bolt hole.....does the baffles have to be inserted the same depth....if not will this cause problems with back pressure.
Much thanks for any help....I'm really not wanting to have to buy new mufflers.

Tight baffle install
Just run the bike and get the slip on good and hot and the baffle that was tight will just slip in !...Remember metal expands with heat ! I would be willing to bet it will slide right on in !....Good Luck
