You have one of the best tuners in Clermont, way better than adequate. The reversion on these 107's is brutal right where you are experiencing the ping. The bike needs to be tuned. I have attached some afr lines from my HQ's107. You can see where the lean spot is. Depending on what your cu.in. is set at in the tuning constants you could be leaner at 2750 or richer at 4000. As for running octane booster I think that can wreak havoc on your o2 sensors which will make it run even leaner.
