Thanks everyone. I knew I was going to get hammered on the trade. But Im cool with that.
The dealership ordered the inner fairing prior to getting the bike. They hid the bike in the back till the fairing came in so they could install it.
Drove it about 100 miles today. Also got my new J&S Jack to day too!

am interested in getting touring bike and was wondering if there is a year to avoid for a used bike? Haven't decided if I want to go new or used just yet. Currently riding a 2000 FXDL.

I kinda did the same thing when I bought my 1st Harley. I bought an 07 Fat Boy with some bad/mixed advice.
As soon as I test rode a Touring bike at a demo day, I knew I was gonna trade.

I see you don't have cruise control. I use mine all the time. I mean ALL THE TIME.
