Performance Machine Grips?

Performance Machine Grips?
Getting ready to change the handle bars on my FLHT. Since the left side is glued on the stock bar and I have to buy new grips, I was looking for something a little more hand filling for the new bar. I kinda like the shape and feel of the Harley Nostalgic Grips (56275-08) but don't like that chrome band. Then I saw a pair of Performance Grips. They were all black and looked pretty good until I looked at the price. $139.00! That's over twice what the Harley grips cost. Are they worth twice as much?

PM grips are top notch for sure. The real question is whether or not they fit your hand.
Avon has some very nice new grips I'm liking too.
Then there are these grip covers that look good but I have no experience with them called "Grip Puppies". For the price they might be ok. You can Google them to get your best price if you want to try them. Here is one place I found them.

Throttle cable version right? The TBW version is a little more expensive.

WOW! That was fast! Actually if you call John or Brian they'll sell em to you for $96 shipped, 107 is what they advertise...08 and up TBW...I love America!
