Hello,

after reading and learning all yours topics, i'm now ready to change my radio. I ordered a Hawg-wired kit for Sony. This was the only one you can have here in France.
I was interrested in having the new sony dsx-s100 where you can put your ipod in, but i felt in love with the pioneer mwh-8200, new too.
My question is : could i use the harness to connect the pioneer unit or it won't work?

looked up firecap501 he is great to talk to and he will help you.he also audio person.just do search will bring up all threads on this subject !!

 

Buy the RIGHT kit that is made for your HU. I used their Sony kit and install was a snap and it flat out rocks.

 

go to hawgwired.com , click on the install kit that you ordered, then click on fitment, it will list all that it will work with, if the radio is to new you can call or email them and they will tell you

 

That's the only one you can have here but of course you're right. I don't have the chance to leave in santa claus country...
