Has anyone else had trouble with IMC motorcom, ordered half helmet -helmetless headset on March 30th got a tracking number that does not work talked to them on April 6th and they said it was on it's way still no working tracking number, now no answer on the phone.
I was searching and reading posts about the IMC products, and ran across this post. Earlier today, I was intending to order an intercom set from them. The website is either gone or down for maintenance (for 10 hours), and I see they, as a site sponsor, failed to reply to this post from several months ago.. Are they still in business, or has the terrible economy claimed another victim ?
I wound up putting an edset system in my new helmet, but on my g/f's helmet I put back the imc, they seemed to improve a few things that I didn't like on the first 2 sets which made them sturdier, I wasn't crazy about the sound on the first sets but I think her's sounds better, not sure if I just placed it better or they improved the speakers, for the price which is fairly inexpensive I would recommend them
Sorry I haven't been on here in a while, we are still very much in business (our headsets kick *** and are not too expensive), we have a new site up at www.imcmoto.com. (Think it had some issues this weekend) So if you have any questions send a PM on here, give us a chat (new) or call.
Cheers
