Just went to the harley dealer and bought the Harley Battery. Got it home, put it in and after one misfire, started right up. Note to self, add battery to maintenance check list so I am not running around all morning on a nice riding day!

hd and tender on every bike.

my 02 Heritage still has original battery, I use battery tenders all the time. I will change it out this year just to be safe, but it seems fine under load.

Whatever battery you have suggested is not an HD battery, it's a battery made by some other company with a HD sticker on it.

Oh yeah.......then it's also overpriced.

Maybe you could shed some light on this subject?

My '02 Ultra still has the original battery, never used a tender. I'll go back with another H-D battery!
