07 Street Glide exhaust question

I will be buying a 07 Street Glide in the morning, it has stock pipes and stock A/C. The guy told me he put a V&H Fuel Pack in to make it run richer.

Does this make sense? I was not going to do any mods soon, but want to know if having the Fuel Pack without having an open A/C and better pipes will hurt anything?

If you have stock a/c and exhaust there is no need to change your map confg.I dont think it will hurt anything if it is running rich but it makes no sense to me .

probably will not hurt, but do not know why the use of a fuel pak if all stock A/C and pipes. When looking to do a stage I mod check with Jamie at Fuel Moto they ahve a complete A/C, exhaust, EFI tuner pkg with maps for the set up.
