Dark Blue Pearl Paint Code

Went to local PPG dealer and had them match Harley's Dark Blue Pearl color for my 09 FLHX, 114.00 for a pint. What a rip off that would be, but I got guy to give me the print out from the color match for my painter. So we will see how close it really is. Any body else have similar problem or cost issues?

$114 for a pint???? HD charges $116 for a quart of dark blue pearl.......I'd pay the $2 extra and get a quart over a pint any day...........and be a guaranteed match to boot!

Paint Ratio

I'm doing a Hard Saddle bag conversion on my Softail Heritage. I ordered my paint through Harley. When I took the paint,clear,and activator. The painter asked if it hard paperwork to show the blending ratio. Do any of you guys know that?The paint said 8:1 but he not sure.
