I installed a set of liner in a 97 RK that I still have, and am looking for the same
thing to install in my 08 RK. Did that because I was told that the fiberglass
woud leach out of the bag and into any clothes that were carried in the glass
bags. Dont know where I bought them, but for sure out of one of the many
harley aftermarket catalogs. As I remember they were $60 or so dollars and
came with a sticky back that you pealed and applied. Worked and came out
looking pretty good.....I would do it again, just to keep the interior of the bags
with a softer rug like material........They looked like the one on E-Bay...Tenn.Vol.
my bike came with the one in the tour pak. something like that would be great. i bought the luggage bags that fit in the saddle bags and hate them. they dont fill up the bag.
i found these on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...d=400114756288
I had some trunk liner carpet lying around and made some templates for the bottom and sides. Cut the carpet and used 3m spray glue to hold em in place. I like em, can't hear stuff rattling around inside anymore. If you look on Ebay there is a guy selling the liners precut, all u need is the glue, for about $50
