Caliper bolt torque
I am replacing the caliper bolts on my Brembo calipers with polished stainless. These are the bolts that hold the calipers together not the caliper mounting (caliper to fork) bolts. My service manual does not include the torque for these. So does anybody know the torque on these and what thread locker to use?

What size bolt is it?
Thread size and pitch will dictate a standard torque value!
did you know that stainless hardware like you can find at most hardware stores is grade five if that. very soft. the stock brembo bolts that hold the calipers together were designed to do the job, but it's your bike, good luck. now if it were the caliper to fork leg bolts, that would really be scary. but if it looks cool, then, ah hell with safety, right?

I don't have access to the exact size but they are roughly 3/8 allen head.
Head size means nothing in custom app bolts, need to know thread and pitch!
I sent an email to the manufacturer to get more information, thread size etc.. They probably will not get back to me till Monday. Thanks Hog Doc for trying to help.
This is the bolt set.

They responded:
They are 8mm bolts. Torque them to 10.7 ft-lbs with anti-sieze or loc-tite on the threads.

The torque settings for the OEM bolts are in the service manual, I would think the same settings could be used....I did mine about a month ago...The manual is out in the garage and I'm too lazy right now to go get it......I've not found one fastener yet on the bike where a torque setting is not listed in the manual.

The tourque for the bolts that hold the 2 halves of the caliper together are the ones that are not in my manual and the ones that I needed. They are the only ones that I have not been able to find. It is probably because HD does not consider Brembo calipers a servicable part (no rebuild parts).
