I saw the color blocks last Saturday. There was a strange discontinued black color on it. The light blue color looks like the Pacific Blue they offered in '08, the chrome yellow looks like the sunset pearl yellow from '08 as well. The Sedona looks like a burnt orange to me. The apple green was...weird. It may have to be an in person color. A lot of the colors were limited to a handful of bikes, only. White hot denim will be interesting to see.

Just saw the colors this week. I didn't get a chance to take the chart outside to look at the colors in the sun, but what I noticed:
The chrome yellow looked to me like a solid, without the pearl effect that sunset pearl yellow had. The book said it will be offered on the Wide Glide, with chrome yellow flames. Ghost flames, maybe?
Sedona orange appeared to have some pearl or metallic effect to it.
I agree the apple green was kinda strange --- looked like a greenish-gold color.
The psychedelic purple wasn't as cool as I expected, although it may look a lot better in the sunlight.
The OP said that the new blue was very 'feminine' --- I didn't think so. It looked pretty good as a 2-tone with the vivid black.
One thing I was wondering --- is this the first time that custom colors (light/dark root beer in 2009, cherry/merlot in 2010) have been offered as 'standard' colors within 1-2 years?
