im not a big fan of international trucks either after driving a few, but that truck looks so much better in person. i got to see one last year at the mid America truck show in louisville ky. the inside was beautiful. ive seen a few lonestars out on the road and they look sweet. i spent a year in a truck and would have loved to have something like that. im local now so i have no need for a truck like that, but it would be sweet. i have a 1/64 scale model of it with the harley trailer here on my book shelf that i picked up at the show and i got a tshirt too.
It's good to see the ol cornbinders out and about again
My dad ran one for pulling the family trailer. Tough as nails that thing was. Nothing on the market had the torque those things did for hauling. 392 c.i. with a Holly 750 double pumper and factory headers for more hp. I loved that thing (lost my cherry in it too)
Yeah can you contact a moderator right this friggin minute to shut this thread down so we can go back to talking about oil? I mean, I don't want to see NOTHING but oil threads on this byiich! Well maybe a few, "I just pulled the trigger!" threads will be alright. I Looooove I pulled the trigger threads! Can't get enough of those mothers!
And by the way, this is not a "touring on a motorcycle" forum. Its a HD "Touring Line" forum and you don't have one pictured in your signature.
If you don't have a touring bike you can't post here. I'm telling a moderator on you.
lp
Aw man, I'm sorry! For restitution I will make it a point to start a new "pull the trigger" thread. Not! Sorry about the pic, it's not a tourer, I agree, but it is actually a "one of a kind" motorcycle with a very sketchy history. The only one in existence is in the "Wheels of Time" museum and it is named after my family name. I CAN post here because I have a touring bike, I can also post in the shovelhead, custom and dyna forums. Man, if I could just get a good deal on a Sportster I could start my "pull the trigger" thread and post in the Sportster threads, too.
