on your gas tank! Any of you guys opt for the button to replace the lock on your tank?? Worth it or not????

I swapped mine out. It's a lot easier to deal with and much better looking. It's worth it.

Me too. Looks better. Lock can be opened with ant barrel key anyway so not really secure.

Was just looking at the push button myself and was wondering the same thing. Locking or smooth?

I love mine, looks great and no problems with it. Smooth is the only way to go.
I've had it on two different Street Glides with about 20,000 total miles.

change mine out too ....looks better and keeps me from scratching my tank with keys .
