The first new mod was pretty cheap. $15.00. It's been something that has bothered me for some time. I listen to a MP3 player most of the time when riding and the wire to connect the MP3 to the radio stops me from closing the radio cover.
Well, I picked up a new cable off E-bay, plugged it it and routed through the side and out the bottom of the radio cover. I can now close the cover.
The next mod was a little more expensive but no where near as expensive as Harley would like. I picked up a set of new Premiun Ride hand adjustable low touring shocks for the price of $152.00
Put them on today (while trying out a new jack that works very well) give me a few day to try them out and I'll report back on the ride diffrence.
