WOW!!! My New Stereo Upgrade -- Kick@ss!
I just did new speakers in the fairing & put a subwoofer in the tourpak. No matter what anybody says, this thing works. Thumpin' bass on the fly! Found a guy near Rochester NY who does bikes only. Told him I'd spread the word for him. If anybody wants their last stereo upgrade. gimme a shout. This was my 3rd upgrade, and will be my last. Finally found what I've been looking for.

Kept my ARC Mini amp, did 6.5 Hertz-Titan speakers, and a Woof Pak sub in the tourpak. (Go to hellsfoundry.com & take a look at the Woof Pak.) This thing really works. It's nicer than what's in alot of cars! Ya know how a subwoofer behind a chair in the living room, makes every little speaker sound big? That's what this thing does. No storage in the tourpak now (except glasses, wallet, etc,), but that's all part of "the price of admission", I guess! Gotta keep the tourpak empty. I picked up my grandson from school one day last week. He put his backpack in the tourpak. Then he wanted to hear some tunes, and the speakers didn't sound near as good because of the backpack & lack of air flowing through the tourpak. Also have a 4.5 inch hole in the front of the tourpak, but kit comes with a plug for when it rains. I don't work for either of these companies --- just told this installer I'd drum up some business for him. He was good, spent time on the adjustments, and wasn't satisfied until it was just right.
