I use the HD Gold plugs and change them every 10k. Works great.

I did the NGK iridium. Honestly, could not tell any difference except they made my check engine light come on due to the lower resistance.( at least that is what the dealer told me)

Any spark plug that is compatible to a Harley engine will provide good service since the lead is gone from the Gasoline, but any Iridium spark plug or S-E plug will give many miles of service. Get some good plug wires, and that will add miles of the life to the plugs.

I am a big fan of NGK plugs. What # NGK Iridiums do you run. I also have a 2008 road king. Also are you running the stock bars on your bike? Thanks

If it uses a spark plug in my family, I put in NGK . Grew up in Toledo, OH and used to get free Champions. But I bought a Polaris snowmobile in 78 that came with NGK they made a believer out of me been using them ever since.
