Is it just me but, didn't Justin post awhile ago that they were going out of the bag business for the time being to persue other Carbon Fiber business, and told everybody order now???? Hmmmmm.
Top Shop cut the bags to what the customer needed which was a 3 1/2" pipe diameter. He may have needed a 3in. but such was not the case when he ordered. Upon installation Top Shop was contacted by the gentlemen saying that we cut it wrong and that he didn't get what he paid for. I personally took it onto myself to make sure that the cuts were at a 3 1/2" for the exhaust and the only reason it's not working for him is because the cut needs to be smaller than what he originally ordered. It was also asked of him if he wanted a new set, which was met with no response except for this post on HD.

We worked twice as hard to be able to salvage both of the opportunities to build parts for both sections of Top Shop. Also there was a big "Might" in that sentence as well, nothing definite.
Take it for what it is worth: I personally put alot of research into buying my bags and fenders. I ended up purchasing from Baddad. All I can say is that they have great customer service and thier products are second to none.
I'm tagging this just to see if the OP responds. My TS bags were perfect. When I ordered them, they ask me what size pipes I had, and they cut them to fit. From what Justin is saying, it sounds like the OP gave him the wrong measurement. Also sounds like he offered to exchange the bags. Sounds like good customer service to me, unless there's still more to the story........
