I got a notice from Rider Mag the other day saying they had taken over for American Rider. I can't get any info from the American web site. Can any of you shed some light on this? I really do like American Rider and would hate to see them go down the tubes.
American Rider is billed as for the Harley rider.Inside they always seem to say how good the Victory is.I really don't care if it is or not,I only get the mag for the Harley stuff, just wish they would stick to Harley only.

You might want to check the American Rider site again. It looks like AR is gone and the last issue will be the June issue according to Reg Kettrelle's post on their forum on 4/10/10.
This is sad news indeed as I've been a subscriber to AR since it came out and I couldn't wait for the new issue to see what Joe Minton had to say. I think I've saved most of them and do refer back when I need to. American Rider was one of the best mags I've read but it looks like they're fallout from this economy.
I'm not surprised even slightly. American Rider was just a turn of Rider and who wants to subscribe to a magazine that constantly bashes Harley in their reviews in the parent mag. As far as I'm concerned they can both parish.
