I also got the Fuel Moto package for my '09 Ultra last fall. Most of my riding is at highway speeds and the bike pulls much better and seems to run more freely in the 3000 to 3300 rpm range. The mufflers are very well built compared to some of the other stuff you see out there. Easy performance gain, money well spent.
Have a 2010 SG, been reading and reviewing all types of tune kits, thinking of HD Stage One.............
Finally decided to go with Fuel Moto. I had a V&H Twin Slash already mounted but was not quite happy with the sound. Did not find one bad review on the Jackpots, and the lower deeper sound is what I was looking for.
I spoke to Jamie, bought the CommanderV, intake air and Jackpot slipon's.
Was at my door 3 days later, next day (Sat) I did the install myself and a little help from my friend. Followed directions plus all the self-help ideas I found on this Forum. No problem, took about two hours just because I wanted to go slow and get it right.
With everything back together pressed the start button and what a difference. Loved the sound from the Jackpots.....perfect sound for my Harley.......btw my V&H will go up for sale. Took it up and down the street a few times. Of course my other friends came out to see me going thru the gears.....sounded and felt great.
So yesterday (Sun) my friend and I took a 275 mile ride thru the Rockies. .....all twisties, climbs to 11,000', it was cold and hot, took it thru all kinds of conditions................it was awesome. You can feel the response and hear the fine sound of the Jackpots. My friend rides a 2010 RoadGlide and he will now buy the setup.
No problems, I can truly feel the better power and response. When your climbing a steep road up to the summit this bike now roars.
It was money well spent and a great bang for the buck.
Fuel-Moto is a great place to deal with , I would have liked to continue doing business with them but they no longer carry the TTS Mastertune so I had to buy it from Doc at HDMD tuning center in Fl. So far the experience with Doc has been just as good!
++1 on FuelMoto. I ordered a PC-V last week and it arrived on Friday. Took me all of 15 minutes to install and it runs great! I had the dealer put on the SE AC and download before delivery; I added the Rush pipes and it ran good but had some decel popping and was still hot. Now, no decel pop and much less heat. I gotta say the mapping is probably dead on or pretty close to it. Thanks guys!
