I would like to send out a HUGE THANKS to Shawn and Drew of Dr.VTwin. About a month ago I purchased a Bassani 2-1 Road Rage pipe from Shawn. Since I live in Canada, customs and brokerage fees are pretty nasty to say the least. I knew I was going to be in Grove City, PA so I had Shawn ship the pipe to my hotel. Well it never made it. Fedex sent it to a processing warehouse in Ohio, and it came a day too late, we had already gone home. Got a call from the lady at the front desk the next day telling me " your package is here ". So I got into my car and drove all the way back there to pick it up. Finally, I get home; open the box and there was some damage to the muffler and heat shields. I immediately spoke to Shawn, and he re-assured me that he will look after it. And that is exactly what he did ! A brand new pipe and heat shields in the box ! I cannot thank both of these guys enough. I only wish that I lived in California, to come out and thank them in person. Keep up the good work guys ! Now it's time to get the pipe on !
Glad to hear you were taken care of. We need to be sure we support good vendors like this. They seem to have a great reputation and that means alot in these times. Way to go Doc and crew!
+1 on what they said...I just s/w Al today about bringing in my 2009 Ultra for the J&M speakers and amp next Friday. He could not have been nicer!! He put them aside for me so they have them when I bring the bike in. Customer service in some areas has gone by the wayside, but not at Dr. V-Twin; they've got a customer for life. Now, if only they can open up an Orange County store.......LOL
Ride Safe!

Reason: grammar
Here is my experience with both Dr Vtwin and J&M. I bought the speakers first and then decided I needed an amp too. I ordered both from DRVtwin. The amp was one of the first ones shipped out for the Roadys. Got it all installed and it wasn't any better than stock.
I called the DR and they offered to ship me new speakers and amp as they were really concerned that I was unhappy. The Dr suggested that since I live in Tucson where J&M is located that I go see them first and see what they could come up with.
Now remember I bought all this from the Dr so I really had no expectations from J&M. All I can say is WOW. J&M took my bike into thier garage and took it all apart and discovered that just a few of the first batch of amps didn't have the gain turned on. They adjusted everything and decided just to be safe also replaced my speakers with new ones.
So I want to give props to both the DR & J&M as both their customer service went above and beyond.
If we don't take care of our customers like we would take care of ourselves it is pointless. I spend so much time pricing stuff and checking fitment and putting packages together for you guys and I really do enjoy seeing the finished product in pics. I truly believe that the motorcycle industry is thoroughly lacking in customer service in many cases and we do our best to make up for it and get everything to you in a timely manner at the best price we can. Thanks to everyone who has supported us from the forums, you are our my number one priority.
As we all know there are some companies that are impossible to resolve issues with regardless of what it is and we do our best to steer cleaer of them. that is not to say that we are perfect as we are not, but we will work to make things right for the customer regardless of the issue. I also want to thank all of our military boys who are serving or have in the past. Stay safe over there. That being siad, it's Saturday and sunny...I'm going riding.
to all our loyal customers on the forums, thank you so much. As always we will price match and do what we can to beat prices if possible. We are here to serve you nearly all the time. Call thep, email us, or PM us. I will be out for most of the day today so if you PM I'll get back to you this evening.
