It's been hit and miss with me. Once I email them, I usually get the shipment notification. On an earlier thread, someone mentioned they were 'reorganizing'.
Been asking them for almost a year when the FLTR windshields were coming out - so far, not even a response on the forum.
Frankly, based on that, if the shield were made of gold and delivered by a pair of gorgeous women who made sure I REALLY got to know them, and cost $1.95 with a $10 rebate, I'd STILL go to somebody else.
I bought an 8" Ultra during their sale. The shield was defective, small air pockets on the front, and it was returned after a phone conversation with Alistair. Mailed it back 5/10/10 and called them 5/14/10. They assured me the replacement shield would ship out that day.. Called today the 19th and now they are saying it shipped yesterday the 18th.
Yeah, and the check is in the mail.....
So far they have answered e-mails and phone calls but they really don't seem to have their act together as far as good customer service goes.

I had the corner on my LRS shield break off about a month ago. I e-mailed them to ask about a replacement/warranty still no reply. Think I'll be getting a shield from somebody else.
I called them a couple of weeks ago they answered my question and I ordered a new wind shield. I recieved it a week later no problems.
Well to be honest 95% of people that order from us are really happy and give us positive feedback. We're very much still in business and doing well-compared to the number of orders we have there are actually very few complaints, and I think that people who have ordered from us in the past can attest to that. I always try and resolve customer support issues as fast as possible and do everything I can to make sure that the customer gets the windshield that they're happy with.
I don't understand complaints about unresponsiveness to emails because I almost always reply to every email within 48 hours.

Perhaps our complaints arise from your unresponsiveness? Just sayin...
