Ultra Length??

Ultra Length??
When HD states in their specs that the 2010 Ultra's are 98.6" long, does that take into account the tour pak?
Setting up a trailer and I have 101" from the front of the wheel chock to the rear door on the trailer.
It's not my bike and I don't have the bike here right now for a fitting.
If the 98.6 takes into account for the tour pak, then I have a few inches to spare. If not, I guess I'm moving the wheel chock forward some....
