Default Lost my heel shifter today

Was cruisin down the highway at about 70 mph, heard a slight metal hitting concrete noise, thought nothing of it. About 15-20 minutes later I went to up shift and... there was nothing there. Figured oh well, I'm not going back, had to use my toe. Anyway, it's a good excuse to upgrade to a billet.

Now you don't have to take it off. It always gets in the way anyway.

Hmm, do you think parts falling off my 09 bike would get suspicious to the 'ol lady. I like this idea, might be good excuse. So, anyone know how to get the heads and jugs to fall off; I really want a new big bore kit. Maybe the wheels could fall off soon after that, at a stop sign preferred.

I thought I did too but I like it better without it. Just seems like I have so much more room to move my foot around if I have to.
Try it a while without, you might like it too.
I remember a poll about this.
Seemed to be a 50/50 split'. Lol

Same here, but mine stops my foot sliding backwards! I have never used it for changing gear.

Default End cap

Now go to your dealer and buy the chrome end cap that goes on the end of the shaft and it will look 100% better.

I lost mine last year also. Was cruising home from a buddys house turned the corner up shifted to fourth and had to down shift a few gears and went to go back up and it was gone. Had to get a new one well since I love the heel shifter.
