Have 09 UC would like shortest most effective antenna to replace the stock ones.

i replaced mine with the HD shortys. they work fine for me but i also live in a very high reception area.

I also replaced mine with HD short ones. Better then the stock. Make sure you get the correct ones for 2009.

I bought mine from radio shack for $15.00 . Seems to do fine but I don't listen to the radio that much.

There are others but the HD shorties work fine for me and I usually listen to my IPod anyway.

Have an 07 Ultra which had the whip antennas. Took out my ruler and wire cutters and cut them down to a shorty size. Absolutely no change in reception and didn't cost anything.

We have the shortys on our '09, they work great for our XM radio, and have successfully used the CB also. And its one less thing to worry about when we roll her into the garage, no more catching those tall whip antenna's on the door.
