Not too many companies make narrow widths. I wear a 12B. Danner makes B width boots. I wear the Danner Acadia. Waterproof, comfortable and they look good.
As of late ANYTHING apparel wise especially you find at a Harley store is made in China. I bought a new pair of zip up the side HD boots and after less than a year the soles were gone like as if I used them hiking across a mountain range. Paid about $180.00 out the door. Now that I paid $50.00 for new vibram soles they will hopefully last a while but my point is LOOK AT THE LABELS!!!! Screw HD boots and look for some made in the US. I was at a Tractor Supply store recently and thought I would look at theirs since they had a fair selection, although all brown. At least half a dozen brands and the only one made in US was I believe Justin. I know nothing about this boot but have become very anti overseas and look at every label to see where the product was made.
I bought apair of these..like them so far ..Have not tested them in a good 1 or 2 day..straight rain yet..but the have worked in the 45 minute thunders storm..
I've got to go with the Cowboy on this one. The Cruiserworks boots are amazingly comfortable right out of the box. I can't imagine a much better all day boot as far as pure comfort is concerned. The boot is also waterproof and armored in all the right places. No zipper though, you've got to lace them up.
I got them at Sportsman's Warehouse. Super comfortable for all day (wore them on a recent 800+ mile trip). They were great not only for riding, but when we stopped and hiked up a slot canyon. I think they make a similar boot with a zipper.
these boots are awsome. Was at a bike show and had these guys with a booth letting you try on these boots and wow i would not take them off. Of corse I bought them and love them. The most comfortable boot I ever had, on those hot days you can feel the air but are waterproof, great comfortable boot!!!www.originalswatboots.com
Well.... I bought a pair of Tour Master Solution boots today and went on a 250 mile ride with them. I tried on several brands and some of them were nicer but for the money I got the Tourmasters.
They are my first pair of actual riding boots so it is a little weird getting used to them. I think the first 4 times I shifted to 2nd gear I missed and ended up in Neutral.
Cant wait for them to break in Im sure they will be great.
