Default Tour Pack relocation

Has anyone went from the traditional dual seat to a single on an Ultra Classic? I was wondering about getting an upgraded single seat and possibly moving the tour pack as far forward as possible. Is this even possible? My wife will not ride, so I was wondering about the change.

This week I did the HD detach TP kit and added a solo seat.

I wouldn't put a solo seat on with the HD detach kit, looks pretty crappy.

There may be other kits that move the TP closer but you ain't getting there with the HD detach kit.

Just my opinion.

Hd does have the solo QD kit.It moves the tour pac forward so you can use it as a back rest.

Did not know that, I thought there may be something out there. I never researched it, thank you for the correction.

BTW, sweet bike bro.

That's what I did with my '03 Ultra Classic. I put a solo Mustang seat and mounted a tour pak forward kit on it. It was very comfortable. Sorry, this is the only picture I have of the solo setup.
