Default Detachable harware kit?

Can someone tell me, do the clamps that attache to a detachable sissy bar upright come with the sissy bar upright or do they come with the detachable hardware kit? The dealer installed the hardware kit and sissy bar upright before I took delivery of my bike so I don't know what came with what. I'm selling the medium height detachable sissy bar upright in order to buy a taller one and I'm not sure if I need to remove those clamps on the bar when I sell it or leave them on as I'll get another set when I buy the new upright. Thanks.

If you mean the latch mechanisms at the rear of the sissy bar, they come with the sissy bar.
If you mean the clamps that the luggage rack (if you have that) attaches to the sissy bar, those come with the luggage rack, not the sissy bar.
Hope I understood your question correctly.

I am talking about the latch mechanism that is attached at the rear of the sissy bar. Thanks for the input, it was just what I needed!
