Default 90,230 miles and still going
My 05 Ultra has 90,230 miles and is still going strong. I just had the stator replaced at 89,000 miles and all the cam bearain and cam chain tensioners replaced at 62,000 miles. The heads have never been off of it. This biike runs just as good now as it did when it was brand new. i am hoping to hit the 100,000 mile mark this year!

I'm glad to hear that. I only have 24,000 on my '08 but I'm hoping to ride it for 100,000 miles.

Not to start another oil run..... But what oil are you running in the motor, trans and primary ??? Thanks in advance for your thoughts

I have 40 plus on mine . Do you use an additive in your fuel with every fillup?

i have run harley synthetic since the first oil change in all compartments. No fuel additives. I run super unleaded 95% of the time and the other 5% i run mid grade. no particular gas brand I just run it all. I always let the bike warm up good before riding it. When I get up to speed I have no problem running 90 mph. Last year I rode to california round trip which was 5,000 miles and I rode 90 mph the whole way. she just purrs along. The bike really runs as good now as when it was new. I am riding to Montana from Kentucky in a few weeks. that will be 90 mph too!

Oh yeah, the bike is completely stock all the motor and exhaust! I won't run anything but stock because I have less problems that way!

A friend just sold his '03 Fireman Edition Ultra Classic with 117,000 miles with nothing having been done to the drive train. The new owner gave $7500 for it and rode it home.
