I run about 45lb loaded and about 42 solo

They wear for **** no matter what. I am on my 3rd rear in 15k and think I will go back to the avon venoms. They look better and are softer. I think they last just as long too.

Plan on lowering the front to compensate for the added height you will be glad you did in my opinion.

Of course on ride yesterday saw a couple with 23" fronts but that is too extreme for me on a bagger if you ride on trips. Talked to them they love it and the look so I guess 21" is going to be old school soon.

C&C single seat coming with a pillion for the 2 up tour pack rides!
