Default Fuel moto install

i installed my premapped pc-v and stage one fuelmoto air cleaner ,,,overall good results, but a question for those with 2009 bikes.when accelerating in lower gears i seem to bog at real high rpms ,is that a rev limiter or something built in,, i thought this thing would redline ,,not that its a racebike but i crank it up sometimes .. am i just to used to the jap bikes or do i need to re map this thing

The PC has the rev limit set at like 5200 RPM or somehting low like that. There is a rev xtend option that raises it to I beleive 6200 RPM, the only problem with the tev xtend is if your bike is equiped with a tach the tach won't read above 5000 RPM's.

my experience if u have the stage 1 download from HD and Rev Ext enabled - u will see tach ready 6500RPM but if u have the PCV Rex Ext enabled and no stage one - tach will only go to about 5500RPM but motor will still go to 6500RPM or so before the Rev limit is hit. ill try to find thread on this subject from about 2 weeks ago.. Jamie also had a comment.

No need to find the thread, that sounds about right to me. I do think the tach shutting off early wasn't an issue on older PC's, maybe ones with TBW, not sure. I can tune PC's and have done quite a few, but I prefer SERT SEST and TTS.
