Default 08 Street Glide Rear Wheel/Tire Suggestion
Hello,
I have an 08 Street Glide and I am planning on putting a 2010 Street Glide front wheel/tire on it. The 2010 tire is a low profile with a more rounded profile. What should I do for a rear tire? Should I change the wheel from the stock to something else or will it handle and ride okay using my stock rear tire/wheel combination? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciatated.

Dont buy anything but Dunlop Elite 3's. I just put them on my bike and the are awesome tires.

The stock tire on the rear will work just fine, the 18" front is about the same overall diameter as the 16" that you're replacing.

You can get a 150 wide rear tyre in there, possibly a 160, as options. Personally I will only fit Avon Venoms to my ride! I have MT/130 front and MU/150 rear.
