Hi changed out frt&rear with new hog pro 18x3.5frt 18x4.25 rear new rims,tires,rotors. pkg deal bike is 2008 flhr,abs. had dealer mount wheels 30 miles on new tires 340 miles on bike just noticed hard to rotate wheels how free should the wheels spin??? thanks for any help

 

should have some friction but it not real hard....and pics would be nice

 

Did the same with Hog Pros 18". Be sure you have adequate fender clearence. Sure dealer would have said something if not but you never know.

The front wheel does have a little drag on it with the rotors. Does not free spin.
