Here's some closer pictures. Yeah gotta get the rear wheel done but I can't get caught buying anything else until I get my wife some real passenger floorboards. She got used to them on my '03 and now the pegs aren't doing it for her.

Looks real nice compared to all chrome... and u have the BEST SG color in town... do the TD's help alot with right leg heat ?
Did you have any problem with the axel size? What size axel do you have? Looks very good. Would like to put that same size wheel on my 07 ultra-but 2010 I believe has a 25mm axel. Do you know anything about that? Appreciate the help.
The TD's don't get rid of the heat completely but they do help a lot.
As far as the axles here's what I can tell you. The 2000-2007 touring bikes used a 1" axle and the 2008 and up use a 25mm axle. The 2010 wheel will fit on the earlier bikes but you use bearings for your particular bike (bearings for the 1" axle).
This is what I learned researching this but before you buy, ask someone that knows for sure!!!
