"Selling your take offs?"
Everything is for sale, all the time! Really, let me know what you need, I doubt it will ever be going back to stock and I really dont need Ultra parts keeping my v rod parts company! Shoot me a IM of what your looking for, I probaly have it.
"what are the floorboards and shifter levers all battistini's?" Correct, they are all Battistinis (by arlen ness)
"front forks look killer covington?" Forks are Arlen Ness "Hot Legs", new on the market, nice because they come with the flush axle and match the cowbells
who made the gauge bezels- From J&P Cycle, I think they are made by Custom Chrome
Thanks to everyone for the compliments, the build was fun but I swear, next time I am going to start with a naked bike (frame and engine) and build from there. Too many Harley parts replaced with something else.
Called my Insurance agent to increase the value (must never do a spreadsheet of expenses!) , all in I think I am just over 16K plus the stock bike. Who know how much labor, but it was my time and it is like therapy. BUT, this is still less expensive than my old hobby, Racing Porsches around the country...
What an AWESOME Ultra!! I live in Mount Prospect and drive my Ultra downtown into work. Hopefully I'll see ya somewhere soon!! I'd love to see the bike in person.
Thanks again guys.
I am probaly going to do the FuelMoto Cam/Headpipe/tune with Jamie after Sturgis. Wanted to leave it alone until the warranty was up. If I dont make it to Jamies, will do a 107 build this winter. Already lost a month of riding while the tins were out for paint. She is a rider not a show bike.
Scott from Mt Prospect, I live and work downtown, I work at 205 N Michigan, if your up for it, always looking to go for a ride after work, shoot me a IM with you details and maybe we could hook up
