Yes they made sure it was set . they even broke it loose and slid it around some and inflated it twice still wobbled.
Tried 5 oz of weight on it and still no good.

I have a little over 13K on mine still going strong. Should get at least 15k out of the rear tire and maybe 20 or more off the front.
