Kinda hoping I could get some ideas. I got a 2010 black denim street glide, I want to go with black and chrome. I have 12" black Yaffe monkey bars due to be here in 3 weeks.I would appreciate any suggestions.

I'm in the process of changing the look to my bike... black pipes is my first step. I love the look of black and chrome.
Maybe 'brushed' chrome instead of totally shined out? A little more subtle?!
My neighbor had a black denim Street Bob. He "brushed" all the chrome on it, Lower legs, headlight, pipes, etc. & it looked great. I think that look is best with denim, gloss black not so much... Chrome, maybe, but the "brushed" looked best IMHO...
I am leaning more towards blacking out my bike. Starting to like it more and more each year. I would say put together a wish list from looking at catalogs (harley, J&P, etc.) and replace parts as you can afford. Also a local powdercoater can fix up parts you can't just replace.
