Stock headers breaking

after my ride today i did a full inspection and noticed that the welds on the crossover are starting to split it ticks me off, my bike only has 5,500 miles so far its a 2009 touring anybody else having this issue??

Brother I posted a thread yesterday, my header snapped clean through just in front of the butterfly valve.
