Mine is a 1990 FLHTCU. It runs perfect with no issues at all. My questions are
What does your voltmeter read when you first start your bike?
Mine reads 14 volts
What does your voltmeter read at idle after your bike warms up?
Mine reads 11 volts
What does your voltmeter read at cruising speed after your bike warms up?
12.8 volts to 13 volts
Does your voltmeter pulsate slightly at crusing speed?
Mine pulsates between 12.8 volts to 13 volts
What is your oil pressure when you first start your bike?
Mine oil pressure gauge is almost pegged at first.
What is your oil pressure at idle after your bike warms up?
10 lbs
What is your oil pressure at cruising speed after your bike warms up?
Around 18 lbs
Volt meter sounds about right except the bouncing part.
The oil pressure at idle (warmed up) is right but the 18 lbs sounds really low at crusing speeds. Most will say that 30 lbs. is normal.

+1, and the bouncing may be normal as well. Is it just bouncing as you ride, or moving up and down as you rev, and lower your engine speed?
Don't remember what my old FL's had for oil pressure, but my ol' '88 Springer still runs along happily at about 8-10 psig after it warms up... idles at about 5-6 psig. Always has been at this pressure. The mechanic at the dealership warned me not to put a oil pressure gauge on it...said I'd pass out every time I look at it!!!
