Should have been Million Mile weekend. Just got home from a rally up in Maggie Valley NC all total 824 miles. 200 today! Checked out the Harley Rally up in Hot Springs too, Nice little town up on the Mtn. Drive up is like the Dragon.

Walked into work this am and the dispatch guy informed me that my regular route wasn't available today. Have next week off on vacation and got an extra days pay for the holiday (July 4th) so took today off as my holiday and told the guys at work that I was riding to Sturgis (Michigan) stopped at the HD dealer there and picked up some dip dots, gonna give them to the guys that had to work. It was a 300 mile trip for dip dots and a cold beer at the bar in Moscow(Michigan) made it home by 5pm.

Our local HOG chapter was doing a run from Minneapolis to Milwaukee, leaving at 5:30 AM, doing lunch in Milwaukee with a guest appearance by Willie G., and then returning home. I think there was going to be 20 - 25 bikes riding, and that's a 650 mile round trip. I would have done it, but my bike is too new, and I haven't been in for the 1,000 mile service yet (and I'm already at 1,200 + miles, so this would have put me up to nearly 2,000 miles). But, my 1K service will be taken care of on Wednesday, so I'll be good to go then. Too bad it isn't Million Mile Thursday!

My wife and I ran about 320 miles today in Ontario went for lunch with friends and had a great day . We logged in about 6 pm and I was surprized it was showing a little under a Million miles reported.
We had a great weather today and I know it was much drier than last years test of a rainsuit.

Million Mile Monday
I got in 307 today. About 40 or so of our HOGs rode up to Barrens State Park and had lunch....another group of the local chapter rode to Jack Daniels in Lynchburg....as a whole we put a group of miles on the clock, which, as of right now, is 1413821 miles.
