Default Turn signal problem

2007 RoadKing Classic .. all of the sudden when I hit the left turn signal switch ... both turn signals flash like I kicked the emergency flashers ... and the alarm indicator in the speedo flashes with the lights.

Any clue what might be wrong here? Replacing the TS module with anti-theft is like $129 .. without AntiTheft $79 plus they need to update the computer for no security. I am hoping this is something super simple I have missed.

Had a different but equally frustrating deal with my scoot a couple weeks ago. My fix was changing bulbs and cleaning contacts. Not sure which bulb was bad but they are all new now. My flashers were just not cancelling at all. Go constantly.

Default I had the same bug

on my 2005 ultra classic. try this on your current TSM/TSSM before you buy a new one. Click here http://i149.photobucket.com/albums/s...yingnewTSM.jpg
follow this procedure. If your security light or engine light doesnt flash, just watch the clock and allow 10 min like the procedure says. The last step tells you to clear diagnostic codes. I accomplished this by pressing left turn signal, letting it flash once, then turning it off. repeat two more times, then do the same for right turn signal. Then hit both, turning on hazzards then off again. This cleared my trouble codes, not sure how but it did! By the way, hook up a battery charger while doing this, so the battery dont go dead. Good luck!
