I'm picking up a 2010 cop bike next week and the dealer hadn't heard about them, so he called Rinehart and the 4 inchers will be on my bike when I pick it up!
Just ordered a set of these new Rinehart 4" slip-ons. These things are hotter than a 124" Twin on the Daytona Strip! The 2 major retailers I talked to today wont have anymore from Rinehart to ship out until next week or so. Just have to be patient I suppose!
These Rineharts will hook-up to a new V&H Power Duals header pipe to get rid of that restrictive factory header pipe, and switch my 2010 Street Glide to duals. If those slip-ons sound as good as they look on RoadKingLobos' Street Glide ...I'll be stoked!
I still love the look of the CFR's better the way they tapper down to the header almost looks like a 1 piece.
Sorry guys could not resist....LOL
I love the look of the beefier full length 4" Rinehart over the megaphone style CFR tapering down to a wimpy 1 3/4" muffler.... sorry couldnt resist!!! bwahahahaha

I can't disagree with you here. I finished installing my V&H Dresser Duals yesterday and now the CFRs roar! What a sound! As for the fit between the 2, it's perfect. Like you said, if it was not for a thin line where the V&H headers heatshields end, you would think it's a 1 piece exhaust.
Now, I'll like to hear the new 4" Rineharts. Not that I want to replace my CFRs but just outta curiosity.
Here are a couple pictures of the Rinehart 4" slip ons installed on a Street Glide. Very nice muffler. They have the same 2.25 louvered core as the 3.5" mufflers and have a pretty agressive sound. We now have them in stock.
Dude, 2 up on the sound clip. Do they sound like the standard rinehart slip ons...or are they a little quieter, w/ a deeper note? I'm guessing kinda like the MO's...just a little louder, but not as loud as the standard Rineharts. I've heard MO's on a 110 build that sound great standing still, but not really crackin when you are mov'in away. Please give us the honest skinny!
